Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic medical manufacturing team. Responsibilities

Accurately input and update inventory data into various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to maintain real-time stock levels.

Conduct regular data collection activities, including verifying stock counts, recording discrepancies, and updating records accordingly.
Organize and file physical and digital documents related to inventory transactions, maintaining an orderly filing system for quick retrieval.
Utilize computer skills such as typing, transcription, and creating pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze inventory trends and generate reports.
Support clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic math calculations to assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting.

Skills

Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
