Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update inventory data into various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to maintain real-time stock levels.
  • Manage order entry processes, ensuring all items are correctly logged and tracked throughout the supply chain.
  • Conduct regular data collection activities, including verifying stock counts, recording discrepancies, and updating records accordingly.
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents related to inventory transactions, maintaining an orderly filing system for quick retrieval.
  • Utilize computer skills such as typing, transcription, and creating pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze inventory trends and generate reports.
  • Support clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic math calculations to assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills

  • Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to perform accurate typing and transcription tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with data entry, order processing, and clerical functions within an office or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records.
  • Basic math skills for inventory calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with filing systems—both digital and physical—and data collection techniques.
  • Prior office experience or clerical experience preferred to support administrative functions effectively.
